Now, if you noticed, you could almost see the strings on our boy Gibbsy. There's a good reason why Mr. Gibbs can't answer any non-prearranged questions. He didn't have the script from the boss! But if you e-mail the question, Bobby can talk to his puppeteer and find out what to say next. Heaven forbid he would have to think for himself. It's not even that though. The boss doesn't know what he's doing either. Maybe he hasn't got his script from the teleprompter...
